Congratulations on your engagement, we are delighted that you are considering Roses Vineyard for your special day. Set in the beautiful Mid North Coast amongst manicured gardens and vineyards, Roses Vineyard sets the perfect scene for a memorable and romantic wedding.

Weddings are the most inspiring and happiest of all occasions. Two people coming together to share their hopes, joys and dreams and to make the most of their commitment to each other. We understand that choosing your wedding venue is a big decision, and we at Roses Vineyard are committed to working alongside you to ensure your big special day is exactly as you imagined.

4 hours north of Sydney and 6 hours south of Brisbane, it is the perfect location for a destination wedding Our beautiful venue boasts numerous idyllic spots for your elegant outdoor ceremony. Our marquee can seat up to 120 people for a formal sit down reception or up to 160 for a cocktail reception. We also have a smaller deck area for the smaller more intimate wedding. Both the marquees and the deck overlook the vineyards.

Wedding Ceremonies

Choose the perfect location for your outdoor ceremony amongst our picturesque grounds, manicured lawns and vineyard.  

Included: 

     - Clothed table and two chairs with chair covers for signing of the register.

     - Select amount of seating on chairs with chair covers.

     - Bali flags.

Should the weather be less than desirable on your special day we have undercover alternatives for your ceremony.

Photos On The Grounds

Included in your wedding package is use of all the grounds for your wedding photography.


Reception

Choice of either a sit down or canapé style reception. 

Included in package:

     - Ceiling draping, curtain draping and fairy lights

     - White linen table cloths and napkins

     - Table runners

     - Bridal table with skirting

     - Chair covers and sashes

     - Centrepieces and tea lights

     - Wishing well with table and table cloth

Available for extra costs:  Wine barrels, easels, dessert buffet.


Canapé Package: 

This includes hire of the venue from 3pm for your ceremony.

Whilst you are having your photos taken cheese plates will be served on the gazebo deck.

Canapés served for you reception – pick 9 from the selection below (12 serves in total will be offered per person):

     - Signature mini Chambourcin beef pies – made with our own chambourcin wine and tomato chutney

     - Crunchy Thai Chilli chicken and peanut cakes

     - Herbed mini lamb burgers

     - Smoked salmon with local camembert and capers on poppy seed crackers

     - Mexican bites – refried beans, guacamole and salsa on mini tortillas

     - Spring rolls

     - Potato wedges with sour cream and thai sweet chilli sauce

     - Toasted Turkish bread with dukkah, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

     - Chinese red pork on water crackers with relish

You can also pick one or two of the following – there will be one serve per person provided total.

     - Lamb korma with rice and tzatziki

     - Beer battered fish fillets and chips served in a cone cup with tartare sauce

Dessert: Wedding cake supplied by you served buy us with fruit and ice cream.

Please note for canapé receptions there will only be a select amount of seating provided for the reception (enough for approximately 60% of guests).


Sit Down Dinner Packages:

This includes hire of the venue from 3pm for your ceremony

Canapes to be served to your guests between the ceremony and reception – pick a choice of 5 from the canapé menu above.

Mains: Select two – served alternate drop

     - Wine glazed roast scotch fillet with beans and creamy camembert potatoes

     - Lamb cutlets with honey pine nut topping, creamy camembert potatoes and asparagus

     - Salmon encrusted with basil pesto served with creamy camembert potatoes and honey sesame carrots

     - Chicken stuffed with feta, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts, wrapped in proscito and served with creamy camembert potatoes and broccoli.

Dessert: Wedding cake supplied by you served with fruit and cream.


Alcohol

As we are a vineyard there is no BYO wine.  We are not licenced to sell beer so you will need to supply your own (cases only, not kegs).   We are a licenced venue so are required to serve all alcohol consumed during your wedding.  Spirits and premixed drinks are not encouraged, however please feel free to discuss this with us.  There will be a corkage fee per open case of beer/spririts of $15 per case.

Included in your wedding package:

     - Weddings 60 – 90ppl – 3 cases of wine

     - Weddings 90 – 120 ppl –4 cases of wine

     - Weddings over 120 ppl –5 cases of wine

Any wine consumed above this will be invoiced to you at the end of the evening.


Soft Drink, Tea, Coffee And Water

We will have all of these available to your guests on the day.  Included in the package is 2 per person total – anything above this will be tallied up and invoiced to you at the end of the evening.


Music

Even though we are not a residential area we have neighbours that we would like to take into consideration when we organise events.  As a result we do not permit bands that have drummers in them.  A DJ, solo musician or duo are fine but we reserve the right to ask  them to turn the music down if we feel it is too loud and off if they are unwilling to do this. Music must be turned down to a lower level at 10.00pm and off completely at 10.30.

There are numerous musicians and DJS that we would highly recommend in the area.  Please feel free to discuss your thoughts with us in regards to music for your special day.


Transport

 If you are organising a bus to pick up for your guests can you please book them to come at 10.30pm and leave by 11.00pm.
